Please complete this form and submit it to Southern States 200 to begin the reservation process.
As soon as we receive the form, we will let you know what rooms are available that fit your needs. If we have a room that is acceptable to you, we will send you a link to the Registration Page. You can print the page, fill it out manually, and mail it back or scan and email it to us. You can also fill it out online and return it to us via email. Your payment should be sent to us at the same time. Send your room payment through Venmo, Ultrasignup or by Check. There will be an additional fee if you send the room payment by a service that charges an extra fee, like PayPal.
Room Rates are $160 per night if paid through Venmo or be check. There are no additional fees.
Lodge Room reserved through Ultrasignup: 1 night - $181.20, 2 nights - $361.40, 3 nights - $541.60, 4 nights - $721.80
